At last!!! It has been hard and has taken many days to think of a longer word, but I GOT IT!!!
My word is: parapsychology, 14 letters. Its meaning is "parapsicología", i.e. beyond psychology.
Can anybody find a longer one??
Yes i found the longest word, probably the most, is this "ethylenediaminetetracidic". My word has 25 LETTERS!!!!. Its meaning is relative to the substance which contains the recipies where the blood samples go, more specifically to the one of red end. This substance separates the plasma of the blood during the laboratory examinations.
Ja, ja, ja try to get a better one.

Pseudopseudohypoparathyroidism (30 letters)
1. An inherited disorder that closely simulates the symptons but not the consequences of pseudohypoparathyroidism and, thus it has mild or no manifestations of hypoparathyroidism or tetanic convulsions.
